Sorry, cannot help with the detail/experience, but my neighbour 2 doors down from has just taken delivery of his and I think i'd wholeheartedly suggest you'll need to get up close and personal with it, in the flesh at the dealership. They seem really quite large, likely because its so slab sided. Don't get me wrong, that might be just the ticket for what you need, but for me the aesthetics are cumbersome. The rear in particular.
I'd also suggest a test drive. A two ton car is asking a lot from a 1.6L engine with 160bhp. The fastest version (PHEV) does 0 - 60mph in 9.3 Seconds and the slowest version (Hybrid 4WD) is 9.8 Seconds.
That might be fine for family truckster duty but probably worth a test drive to ensure you are happy with the refinement when accelerating hard.

Don’t know where you got the 160bhp from. The smallest engine one is 215bhp.
I’ve driven both it and the 255bhp versions. Plenty of oomph from the Turbo and the electric motor. Wouldn’t say it’s particular fast but it shifts when it needs to, albeit a little revvy.
Just looking for experience of ownership.
It is big, more full sized American SUV, although it doesn’t feel that big when driving it.
