TVR Tamora / Speed Six what is there to know?

I think it's time to look for something quite lairy as a second car and I've always liked the look of the speed six TVRs, particularly Tamora. These also seem to be priced a little cheaper/better value than the T350 and Tuscan if quite rare to come up.

- Car history is various Renaultsports and modern BMWs so bit of a departure
- Won't be a daily car
- Would like to do long distance road trips and general car events including even the odd track day
- I don't have a garage so would be kept outside (though I could probably sort out if really required)

I have done a fair amount of research and read a lot of reviews but still seem to read a lot of conflicting info (engine rebuilds at 20k vs no faults in many miles) so really just looking for some more insight from previous/current owners into what they are actually like. More generally I am open to looking at various fun options for 25k-40k I just always liked the look of these!

So what is the reality? What is there to know about owning a speed six car, particularly a Tamora?
