Anyone with a 'Launch X431" coding device ...

I'm looking to "switch on" a few options on my (new to me) 2016 Porsche Macan and I wondered if anyone either knew of a friendly coding company near S/W London or Surrey?
Or if anyone had a Launch X431 which I could beg/borrow/steal/rent?
