Sticking engine start button?

Hey all just picked up a 2019 car and found sometimes I can’t start it without pulling the start button up before pushing it down, as if it’s constantly stuck depressed.

Has anyone had this or knows any solutions? Feels it’s pretty set into the center unit to be an easy removal to look it over?
