458 Inspection needed

I have a friend who lives in Australia but comes to the UK for 3 months every year and he is looking to buy a 458 or 458 Spider. He would want it inspected by an independent engineer prior to committing to the purchase.

Can anyone recommend an independent Ferrari 458 specialist engineer?
