Every week a new watch - has anyone worked out the full list? Definitely a Daytona and some sort of Patek in one of the episodes?

One was a platinum Patek Philippe Grand Complication with a green dial (5270P). A serious upgrade on the early years of the Apprentice where he was relatively slumming it with Rolexes, Cartier and even Breitling!
