2008 Honda CRV Air Bag Light

I have the above vehicle as a cheap third car for our dogs . It has a vey bright airbag light and the MOT runs out in a few days .
The previous owner had done a lot of hunting about to fix the issue, including replacing the SRS module with a cloned replacement . This worked for 3 weeks then it came back on .

I would like to fix the issue as it will make a great dog car .

My Icarsoft scanner shows two faults in SRS and wont let me read the codes or delete them , it says operation not supported .
I have done the visual and hunted about to check all the connections around the car and disconnected the battery etc .

I am at the start of investigation, but not being able to read the codes is a bit frustrating .

Has anyone got any guidance as I go along .

No one can help you fix it when you/we have no idea what the actual problems are.

You NEED to get the actual fault codes read before ANYTHING else.
