Hi all, was looking at parking near St Katherine Dock on Saturday and am edging towards using The Minories car-park since we've used it before and it's (semi) convenient, however having a 'google drive-about' I've noticed the below sign just behind St Katherine Dock:

the question is does this mean that anyone can park there outside this time (which would to my simple mind appear to be the case) or would there be some other arcane London Borough reason why I'd get towed or slapped with an unreasonably large fine? Normally The Minories would be a no-brainer but my mother and father have mobility issues so this would be more convenient for them...

In the absence of any other information, yes, a normal car, without a permit can park there outside of those restricted hours.

Good luck.

quick update - parked there on Saturday for 5 hours or so and returned to no ticket on the car so I guess my assumption was correct biggrin
