New to me 991.2
Discussion
I've come from a C63s so performance is similar, but a totally different experience
Has most of the options - rear steer, PDLS, PSE, heated seats, heated wheel, camera (although camera not as good as Merc!), extended leather and alcatara centres. Looking at the invoices the options are over 18k!
No sport chrono but I can live with that. The sport mode is a bit mad with the burbles. I read on another forum it sits between Sport and Sport+ of the SC settings.

Congrats. Looks good but I am biased. Which engine flavor? Normal Carrera? If yes, considering the low down power, I consider this to be a good one.
I got a 991.2 last year coming from a manual 997C2 with the intention of (1) stop getting worried about bore scoring (2) using every day. It has been working well.
Mine is a C2S cabrio with currently with ~45k miles (73kkms) and has SC, PSE, Powerkit (450hp), rear steer, 18ways, sports wheel, full leather etc. it’s really usable on a daily basis (taking my son to school in it almost every day) and delivers on being a sports car when necessary and convertible when the weather is sweet - so many personalities.
Absolutely loving mine and trust that you will also love your! If you don’t have it yet, get that Porsche warranty!

Very nice! I didn't even know there was a power kit, does that make the engine same as GTS?
Mine is a C2s, so the 414hp, although badge doesn't reveal.

Correct, same as GTS. See here: https://www.topgear.com/car-news/new-911-has-new-o...Mine is a C2s, so the 414hp, although badge doesn't reveal.
I think the coupe looks better (love your mirrors) and very nearly bought one from Porsche, but here the weather is actually nice and a convertible makes a difference in the excitement/experience. Plus, it’s nice (subjective) driving slowly as well whereas the coupe I would probably be frustrated and thinking why I didn’t get an slow Audi 95% of the time.
Mine is also disguised - Porsche only.

Congratulations great choice.
My advice get a long eurotrip organised ASAP, I bought my Turbo in Feb 24 and loved it of course but didn't appreciate actually how bloody good it was at everything until we'd complleted 2000 miles to Provence in May. Sport setting is best in my experience, sharpens it all up

I know they are a pain, but I would love to have some CL on mine - that’s for me the only thing that makes mine different from a GTS (considering I have the powerkit)!

front end looks same to me but wheels look like .2
That surely is a very good looking 991 but it’s a 991.1 (with the amazing GTS NA sound…). The wheels are similar to mine but a bit different in the .1 gen as they are with smoother lines instead of the shaper angles and the blinkers are also rounders and bigger in the .1 vs .2.
