Coinbase wallet withdrawal

I have an new elderly client who was convinced to invest in Crypto. You can imagine the scenario. Luckily for them they somehow managed not get scammed and now have a Coinbase wallet with a very substantial sum held in BNB chain.

He showed me the app and I couldn't work out what needed to be done to presumably convert the BNB chain into dollars and withdrawn it? Everything seemed to be greyed out or not available.

I have zero knowledge/understanding of Crypto and would be grateful if anyone could link to or advise an approach to get the funds back into dollars and transferred to their bank account.

Think you'll need to sell BNB back to GBP then send it via faster payments to his bank account

Expect some mild resistance from Coinbase depending on the amount (security checks, etc)

Yes he's dodged a few scams so far.

I didn't know (or check) Coinbase had customer support. I'll advise him to try that option.
