Recommendations for London Lettings manager

Any (london) landlords anyone know of a property lettings manager thats any good? I dont want the world, just reponsive to emails and calls from me and the Tenants, proactive, actually fixes issues, keeps on top of checks etc. All for a fee of 10% or less ish

I’ve used a company called Parkheath in NW London for over 20 years. Couldn’t fault them…in that time I’ve had one void period of one month. Very efficient at all the day to day stuff, I literally do nothing other than approve/authorise as and when.

They’re primarily in NW3 and NW6 so maybe no good….
