Camera adapter for giant garmin mount?

One of my bikes is a giant propel which has the silly intergrated stem and garmin mount. I am trying to find a camera mount that attaches to the what appears to be mounting holes underneath the garmin mount. Can anyone assist?

I suppose one solution would be to glue/bond a mount to the flat underside however I would prefer a proper job.

Have you tried Raceware?

Not sure if this fits your Propel but can hang a Gopro under the Garmin

What a divvy I am, had a look in my garage at the various bits of bike bits lying around, found an adapter that appears to have actually came with the bike!
