I don't understand how this thread would work or what it's aim is.
If you don't want spoilers, don't go on social media.
If you click this thread, what's to say you aren't an hour behind everyone else who has already posted.
The idea came from a discussion on the race thread yesterday when talking about the weather.

Sky had a race replay scheduled for after the race, but in previous instances of races running late people have either tuned into what they hoped to be the replay, and ended up watching the end of the race or post-race discussion full of spoilers instead. A few posters said they’d get up for the replay but were worried that, if there were delays or red flags, they’d switch on and see the result.
So the idea is that if the race is delayed someone puts up a thread like this one, noting the delay and what time the race actually finishes, to help those trying to avoid getting spoiled on their own TV.
It was easy for me to volunteer as I’m four hours ahead of the UK audience, and will probably be free to do the same for the next couple of races if appropriate.

Last season I put the Sky rerun on early morning only to find I saw the last few laps of the live race as it had been delayed which spoiled the whole thing.

Ahhhhh. I understand now.
I have F1TV so don't wait for a particular time.
Yes it’s primarily a broadcast TV problem. I have F1TV so don't wait for a particular time.
The Sky schedule for a middle-of-the-night race looks something like:
03:00 Pre-race magazine show, grid walk, build-up.
03:55 Race
(Race should take 90’ or so, followed by podium ceremony)
06:00 Post-race analysis show
07:00 Race Replay, as-live.
09:00 Race Highlights.
But the race gets delayed for an hour, then there’s a red flag for half an hour, and before you know it it’s 07:00 and the race is still running.
So people getting up at 07:00 to watch the replay (or 09:00 to watch the highlights) end up watching the end of the race instead, having done their best to avoid the result (and obviously avoided the main race thread here, filled with people watching live). So the idea is that a delayed race has a thread that looks just like this, for information purposes.
If you have a Sky satellite box, the recording feature gets messed up by a delayed race, so you might record only half the race, if you’re on NowTV you can only watch live, the fancy Sky Q box does really annoying stuff like showing a picture of the podium on the Home Screen, and takes several hours to make the race available on-demand once it’s finished.
F1TV is of course brilliant, you can rewind live and it gives you the option to watch live or watch the currently-live programme from the start with no spoilers anywhere!
