I did search for the original thread but perhaps it has been removed.
Kyle Clifford has been given a whole life order for the rape and murder of his ex-girlfriend, and the murder of her sister and mother.

He wasn't there. Can't comprehend what the family are going through, such a waste of life.
"Refused" to attend the sentencing.

Yep, saw this and thought FFS, drag him in bodily if need be. Spineless turd, couldn’t face the consequences of his actions.
IIRC he's paralysed from the neck down anyway, after failing to off himself, so all he could've done would be disruptive by shouting. He deserves no agency or accommodations.

He didn't attend any of the trial.
Yes, it's disgusting, although I can see why they wouldn't want to go through the ball ache every day of manhandling him in. However, there really should be something in place to compel the defendant to attend, once they've been found guilty.nuyorican said:

Interesting that he spent the night before he committed the rape and murders watching Andrew Tate videos. Something to think about for the handful on PH who support Tate.
Don't see the link personally. I get it, AT is bogeyman du jour so everything bad is his fault. But this is a bit of a stretch.

It’s been discussed many times and it’s hard to find a method that would work. A wheelchair bound prisoner with a gag isnt a great look for justice. Without a gag he could just laugh and smile at the victims families - after all he has nothing to lose.I prefer to focus on the outcome which is life without parole. Shane it will be in a nice prison/ quasi hospital room given his needs, and not a cold cell on a remote draughty island.
