I have ordered 2 general entry tickets back on 13th November 2024 & I received conformation etc along with an email saying the ACO will have an App that I will be able to log into to 'download' my tickets, as 'Delivery Method' was 'Mobile Ticket'.

My question is, has the ACO sent out the link for the App yet? If they have I think I will have to ask them to resend it as I have probably deleted it. If they haven't then any idea when we will be able to access our mobile tickets? I am pretty sure last year I had access to my tickets on line very soon after purchase.....

No App yet. I have emailed the ACO a few times and they basically just say "Soon". I mean it`s the ACO, so what could possibly go wrong ? laugh

The app is now live. You can access your tickets, but they aren't activated yet. Hopefully there will be an option to print them off then.

Similar, I have parking and grandstand tickets in there but not GA. Panicked and went back to check my order!

Assume just teething troubles, I’m sure it’ll be sorted in due course (fingers crossed just in case!)

It seems to update - when I first opened it there were only Grandstands, then Arnage parking was added, and now I have Expo parking.
Just need GA and that's the set.

I haven't received an email but downloaded the app anyway. None of my tickets (camping, parking & entry) have appeared. Might be a case of gradually emailing people, to no overwhelm the new system in getting tickets out.

Last year it was only a couple of weeks before when they emailed the admission tickets. Presumably to stop clones/scalpers etc?

Was immediate when I purchased tickets last year to the online account.

Which app does everyone refer to. I did have an email today from the ACO in French about tickets but I can’t find the email now!

I do have 2 ACO apps on my phone,

There are links to the app on Google Play and the App Store on the email, when you find it. Otherwise just search for Le Mans Ticket app.

Setting up app seems to have removed ability to download ticket and print online.

I have parking and grandstand, but no reference to entry.
Says grandstand part can’t be used as entry.

I’m sure it will sort itself out.

I’d much rather have a paper ticket also.

Edit…. Entry now appeared on app.

Does anyone else’s camping tickets on the app say valid from 9am on Friday? Unless I’ve made an error with booking Epinettes I thought they would be valid from Wednesday..

They'll be open from 9am the Friday of the week before the race, ie 2 days before the test day

I’d much prefer a paper ticket. Battery won’t go flat for a start!

update all my tickets have come through now.. they came in batches.. parking first, then first set of tix I bought as aco member.. then the last one which I had got as resale tix purchase and had bought a bit later on.. so give credit to aco the app is working.... now to make sure have enough battery on phones throughout race :-)... much prefer a paper tix .
