Reversing lights

Hi finally got round to the reversing lights not working. Done lots of tests today and everything is good apart from the green cable ignition feed which also feeds the speedo transducer . Speedo works fine. Last check is the splice to see if its open circuit between the splice and the reverse switch, side of gearbox. So does anyone know where the splice is? Also does anyone have pictures of the cables under the centre console.Cheers.

I noticed mine weren't working last week and have only worked out that the lamps are fine so far. 
I was suspecting the switch on the gearbox but not got access to it yet.
They may have not been working for ages, it's only an MoT requirement for cars registered from 2009, surprisingly.

Sadly you have to drop the exhaust to access the switch and link loom plug then its easy to diagnose whether it's car, link loom, switch or lights. Regards.
