Apologies for the delay in replying...

The XK8(X100) uses an adaptor insert in each headlight to change headlight beam pattern between LH and RH patterns (Continental Europe and UK) It takes about 10 minutes a side to swap the adapters (with some practice!)

and, Yes, 2 additional sets of headlight adapters are included with the car; a LHD European set and a LHD USA set. A photo of the adapters is included in the Document Photos.
