Blood pressure monitor - remote monitoring

I'm looking for a blood pressure monitor that will effectively upload results automatically (i.e. hopefully with no extra steps) so that my elderly relative's results can be viewed by me.

They have a modern Samsung mobile phone.

Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Ideally it would be as simple and seamless as possible once set up.

Several of their more advanced monitors have Bluetooth connectivity which you can pair to a phone running the app.
