Is it a buffet ? Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat , Fruitarian etc .

With all these people at different times , on different time zones. All with varied culture and wants and needs.

How do they do it ?

Did someone go to M&S this morning at get a few sandwich platters .

Genuinely interested if anyone has experience to share .
