Subframe condition check
Discussion
Hi there - although this might not be the easiest task ... I was hoping for some educated eyes to have a look at the below photos of the subframe and see if anyone could spot anything wrong or that will need attention in the future ?
2019 car in apparently "good condition" but I must say I know nothing about what it should look like ?
Any thoughts or observations most welcomed.
Also can anyone guess the model ?
Many thanks

Good news, as a 2019 car should be a 2C car and not a VH, so on that basis I'm pretty sure the rear subframes are aluminium. This means they should not have the corrosion issues of the VH cars that gets mentioned frequently on PH, as the VH cars have a fabricated steel rear subframe (but aluminium front).
As for the model? Not a clue.

As stated above, from 2019 the cars had alloy sub-frames so theoretically should be good. When buying mine recently I did ask about this and was told not to worry about it, not in the same way for the VH cars.

I have intimate knowledge of everything in all these pics.
There are two undertrays missing, I assume for the inspection?
Yes they took them out to take the photos I asked. There are two undertrays missing, I assume for the inspection?
To me it does not "look" as good as I would want but what do I know !
I see you own one, if you were to compare those with yours would you say mine look bad ?
It's the only thing keeping me away from the purchase at the moment

I would say nothing look untoward, other than the car looks driven.
Here are some pics I have of mine, where you will see how I was able to pick it.

That's very useful. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge and experience. Here are some pics I have of mine, where you will see how I was able to pick it.
It's a September 2018 reg, MY2019 with 22,000 miles on it
Doesn't look nowhere near as good as yours I must say...
But if no major concerns then I might proceed and put another 22,000 miles on it in half if not a third of the time the previous owner did
