Mother in law has a pair of taps that are dripping.

Taps are like this:

Google suggests they are monobloc taps but when I try youtube for help/tips the only monobloc taps it shows are all mixer taps..?

So, does anyone know if these taps need new washers or new cartridges or should I just get a plumber in? [I'm guessing it would be a £50 and 10 minute job for an expert]

Yep. Get your spanners out, use flat blade screwdriver to dig out the solidified remains of the knackered washer and ensure the 'holder' is clear of crud, pop new washer in, spanner the tap back up, turn water back on, done. 10 minutes tops, maybe 15 if the old washer has welded itself in and needs digging out.
