Any housing lawyers/solicitors on here? Bit of help needed

Hey,

Something has come to light with the purchase of our property and I need a bit of legal advice from someone with knowhow of solicitors.

Is there anyone on here that could help?

I think I already know the answer to my questions, but I'd like to double check with someone with better legal knowledge.

Long and short of it is some concerning "documents" have appeared from our conveyencing solicitor that we were not made aware of at time of purchase (purchase completed in 2021), but the conveyancing solicitor must have known about them as they have sent the original copies to us today.
