A few of us are heading to see the Misano MotoGP this year. Any experience with this circuit and which area to sit in? Thinking grandstand B as it has views of what looks like 4 corners

Have not sat in B, but have sat in A.

Good view of the track in that area and there was also a screen opposite the stand when we went in 2017.

Stayed in Rimini before the race and found it to be nice and plenty going on,

We did Prato 1. Good views over fastest parts of the track, can see most of the main overtaking areas, and the screens.

It's a great trip and hope you enjoy it. We stayed in Misano Adriatico - there was tuk tuk racing and a bit of a fan zone on the Saturday night.

Sat in 'B' a few years ago and it was good viewing. You get to see the slow / medium left handers in front of you, the fast rights a bit further away and a big TV. You cannot see the hairpin right as this is obscured by the adjoining stand.

Hotels, beach, bars & restaraunts are a 20 min walk across some fields or stay further afield and arrive by train.

Worth noting you cannot wander around the circuit - you use a specific entrance for your stands and would be restricted to stands A, B & C for example.

I always sit in D.

You can hear the bikes coming down the back straight, then see them for a good bit before the braking and downshifts...

Then get a proper treat of the short shifts for the next corners..

Many thanks all, fed back to the rest of the crew for consideration.

We were in Brutapela Gold for race 1 of 2 there last season. We were about three quarters of way up the stand. Good clear views. Would recommend .
Loved the area too. We spent total of 10 days there and there was plenty to see. Will definitely go back in near future.
