I'm sure Aston Engineering in Derby would be able to do this as they do engine work in-house. Really nice people to deal with too.

You need a heritage specialist. Works, Aston Engineering Derby, RSW, Chicane, Pugsley and Lewis, Vantage Eng etc. Also Rikki Cann, Aston Workshop, Quantum
HWM Walton are only FD with heritage capability.
But maybe you also used google. A very well regarded guy in respect of what you are after was Peter Stratford of Aston London. Now retired, but he still makes himself available sometimes.

Yes, it is the SL Direct Injection Pump. SL Shop in Brum refurbished it but he says he has no-one to set the car up - they stick to MB SLs. I didn't know it was used by Porsche but makes sense, so will see if there is someone more local but Derby I can get to with a trailer.
