Watch brand identification help

I’m having a complete brain fart trying to remember a watch brand.

I think it was a UK brand 3-8k( 2005), I’m sure you used to be able to buy them down new Bond Street, I think in Asprey
They had a really unusual winding mechanism, kind of panarai’ish. Definitely not to everyone’s taste. I want to say then name started with a ‘c’
