Reset windows pc no longer supports the printer?!?
Discussion
I recently reset our PC which has cleared a load of apps off. It's also got rid of the printer driver and because it's an old Canon (MX330) it doesn't support windows 11. Any idea what I can do or is it new printer time. It worked before the reset.
Although now I'm wondering if it was the printer that buggered the PC in the first place?

I had a similar problem with a Canon Pixma MP250 printer/scanner I was using on Win7 but would not work on Win11. From memory, I just downloaded the latest driver from Canons website, installed it, then right clicked, chose compatability mode and chose windows 7 and everything was fine.

I have an old HP LaserJet printer. Windows 11 has decided it’s obsolete.Although now I'm wondering if it was the printer that buggered the PC in the first place?
We both also have iPads and so I now complete the task on my laptop, save it to OneDrive and print it from my iPad using AirPrint. It’s a faff, but I refuse to dump a perfectly serviceable printer because Microsoft have decided it is obsolete.
You can see why the world seems to love Apple products.
