Taxi drivers these days. So called professional drivers. Near where I live they trundle along at 25mph on the main road, just stop wherever. Don’t bother indicating, don’t understand where to position their car when turning right

Appreciate fuel is expensive and they’re never in a hurry but some of us have places to be!!
I’m referring to minicabs rather than black cabs but isn’t there a test they have to pass before being let loose on the roads all day?
