750 Formula - 1st March - Winter Meet-up
Discussion
Fancy learning about the 750 Formula ? come and meet us at the British Motor Museum on the 1st March.

750 Formula is the oldest continually running race series in the world (older than F1).
Surprisingly fast for what they are, with approximately 100BHP, weighing just 480kg (inc driver) on slicks with functioning aerodynamics. Very close racing with a paddock and a social camaraderie that you just don’t find in any other championships.

The championship ethos is : Design – Build – Race, which many have done or you can buy a car that’s ready to go and develop it to become a race winner! A competitive car can be bought for £8k, a championship winning car for £12k.
Follow in the footsteps of Colin Chapman, Gordon Murray and Mike Pilbeam!
£16 per person, 10:30am meet at BMM, tea and coffee on arrival. Few brief presentations then meet and chat and mooch around the museum. Lots of current and past racers will be on-hand to answer questions. 750F guys will meet for lunch in the café at 1pm where you my again meet and ask questions.
