Sorry if vague

I looked at family settings to look into taking off parental control and noticed a profile name and picture. I asked my wife to seee if could remove

See tried via settings and log in and it wasn’t in Microsoft but also couldn’t be removed my son is 12 and had since January

Please see photo for her actions and profile ??

Her actions

This profile is appearing on Xbox family settings. It isn’t appearing as a login profile on the Xbox but we are unable to remove from family due to consent settings. If I view the family settings in Microsoft online the profile doesn’t appear so I can’t remove it

Luke.

I think this is the sort of thing you see to install games using someone else's profile for 'cheap'. Essentially you buy someone else account and use that to install games associated to that account.

I know your son is 12 but I have a 12 year old son and I wouldn't put it past him to be doing stuff like this.....
