Large over ear Bluetooth Headphones

This a bit niche, but I wear over ear hearing aids and use earphones for all listening needs be that TV, laptop or music from phone.
The problem I have is that the hearing aids effectively make the size of of the ear cups vital, i.e. fit over them and not press on them either directly or actually through my ears. I therefore need large ear cups in all three dimensions.
I have in past bought earphones and glued larger foam cups onto the original ones, but they look s
t, I'm looking for a new pair and wondered if anybody in a similar situation could recommend any?
For an idea of size my st customised ones have cups measuring:
internal height; 70mm
internal front to back; 50mm
Cup depth; 30mm
