F90 M5 Towbar

Had a F10 an loved it, used it to tow my race car to meetings in the Uk and abroad.

I sold it last year and bought a M340d, which is a very good car, but miss the M5.

I am thinking about a F90 competition, but finding one with a factory towbar is almost impossible. I was just wondering if anyone has retrofitted one and if there is anything special involved?

I would imagine the exhaust backbox gets in the way

Fairly sure a tow bar was optional in the US, so may be worth checking parts catalogue.
