Hmmmm. Apart from those wheels I can't see any visual differences between that and the FE i4 cars.

Probably. Thing is - one thought I've never had whilst driving my i4 is I need more power.

Now I've had a play with the configurator, the Turbo SE looks far better value than the V6. The headline price is a bit cheaper but there are so many options on the V6 which are included as standard on the Turbo SE (even stupid things like the pedal trims and carpet mats) or substantially cheaper, such as the seat trim options and alloys. Most glaring is that the sports suspension is over £2600 extra on the V6 but there is no cost to choose between Touring and Sports on the Turbo SE.

Obviously the price hike and spec drop from the First Editions is a shame but I didn't expect such a disparity in the new model year specs.

I had the i4 for 24hrs and did a 'quick start' wink It was plenty quick. I chose the V6 after only for the interaction with the manual box (and it did sound a bit better).

The SE is nice to have for bragging rights but the extra performance is pretty pointless unless on track. My old Evora S was 345bhp and you could hardly put you foot down for more than about 8 seconds before you were waaaay over legal limits.

Nice wheels on the SE though.
