Would be a shame as they had a decent amount of stock and are local to me.

The only thing that could've caught them out is their target market, seemed to be geared towards the bling finance crew with their stock and sales approach.

Drove past on the a64 last week and had cars on the lot so must have happened very quickly.
Never got the chance to go but was planning a visit soon as had a great range of stock…

For info, the motorbike business isn’t affected.

Hello, is this true ? I bought a car from them just under 12 months ago, but when I was booking my next service for my car the servicing garage checked the online service history on my car but they could only find 2 services from 2019 and 2024 (when I bought the car). Now I have found a warranty booklet with other services but the 2023 and 2024 services are written and do not have a stamp from a garage, so the warranty company have said the warranty is invalid because of this.
I thought I was buying from a reputable dealer but it seems they are as bad as any other bad trader and this is why car dealers get a bad reputation.
They won`t answer phone calls or emails now.
I am guttet because without stamped up service history the car is worth thousands less than it should be.

Thanks for any replies I receive

They’re not going to answer the phone/reply to emails - they’ve gone and the place remains empty 😢

For service history if it was main dealer you should be able to get details but if specialist(s) then you’re back to trawling forums to find anyone who knows the car/where it was serviced.

I'd hazard a guess they filled in the warranty info / service info themselves.

Thanks guys,
Most of the service history is on paper so I`ll try to search for the garages which are named on there, cheers for your help.

I went in the bikes store a month or two ago. There was an awful lot of sold stock, I was impressed at the number.

A lot of the stock was a bit tattier than I felt it used to be. Rustier chains etc, they were too picky when I tried to part ex with them previously. But seemingly less so nowadays.

They’re apparently entirely separate companies (despite sharing same name/premises and having a key director in common until the closure of the car business)
