Free PP design software

[Fast Bug]

Does anyone know of a free programme that I can use to knock up a design for PP? It's only for widening a dropped kerb, but I need to show measurements of everything and a scale. I don't really want to pay for something I'm only going to use once if I can help it.

Just buy some graph paper and a scale ruler!

I've used QCAD a few times for PP .... a bit of a pain but do'able
