Sonos Beam surround set up
Discussion
I’m in the market for a new soundbar, I’m not a massive audiophile and have a Sonos one which I find more than suitable for my needs
I had a listen to a beam in John Lewis at the weekend and for my small living room think it will be perfect
The question is, do I now go the whole hog and get a mini sub and 2 era 100 for rear speakers? Seems good value at £1200 on the Sonos website, but do they ever do discounts?
Is it worth going for the arc ultra over this set up?

I replaced a Playbar with a Beam which felt like a downgrade sound wise, although the beam is more modern and supports more formats. What I found the biggest upgrade was the sub, expensive but made a large difference to both TV and music. I have a couple of the Ikea surround speakers which make a difference but nothing like the sub.

If you have an account with Sonos and your current product is registered with them they will offer you a discount to upgrade.I had a listen to a beam in John Lewis at the weekend and for my small living room think it will be perfect

I got 30% off for a friend of mine. Annoyingly it is based on what products you have so the rest of my Sonos gear is only showing a 20% upgrade discount.
