ML PERFORMANCE

Hello to all. Here in the states I located a part that I needed from ML Performance in England. They also have an office in the US.
After paying on line,the web site said that I would get a confirming email which never arrived. They also listed the parts as being in
stock and would be dispatched within 48 hours.

I have contacted both the home based office and the one located here several times without reply to my emails. Can anyone vouch for
this company?

1236 Google reviews and despite a few good ones the average is 3.5 out of 5 and looking at many of them there is a very mixed bag from the company is good, to many complaining (like you) about parts showing in stock and lack of communication.

I've never heard of them before so couldn't offer comment from personal experience.

Sorry you are having a bad time with this purchase ... maybe you will get lucky and get someone on here that doesn't live too far away that won't mind popping in to have a word with them.

I purchased some brake discs from them a few years ago and all arrived as normal. On another occasion I ordered some parts incorrectly and they accepted return no quibble, so all good. That was a few years ago, it looks like they have expanded their product range since then. Im pretty sure its a small family company though, not a huge warehouse with dozens of staff, hopefully they will respond to you soon.

I have ordered from them in the past, they have never been able to deliver said goods so always refunded me.

I ordered something which was supposedly in stock. It turned up 6 weeks later. The items were cheap compared to the normal market price. I won't use them again.
