Does anyone have any recommendations for a Harry Potter walking tour in London? We will be there for a few hours but sadly not enough to go to the Warner bro studio near St Albarns.

Any recommendations/ suggestions most welcome!

Thanks!

If you are around London Bridge then you have Leadenhall Market, Borough Market and the Millennium Bridge not to far away from each other.
Doing all the locations on foot is a bit of a stretch, definitely need a tube or cab for a bit.

If near to King's Cross Station, you can go to queue up to see the trolley embedded in the wall at platform 9 3/4.

Not sure about that…I could happily walk between all 3 in less than an hour.

I can but the OP said he had limited time and I assumed there might be children involved.

Thanks all!

Yes a child is involved but she’s a big potter fan, so I do t see the Walk as being to much for her.

Thanks again!

I went through Kings Cross in November. There was a huge queue to take a photo with the trolley, there was also a huge queue to get into to the shop.
Although there was almost no one outside the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. Where you can see the pink McLaren

If you look at any of the organised tours even they are done hopping on and off the tube, walking distance drops to about 2.5miles, should be fine for a child.

I just realised what you ment. Yes those three locations are close together which is why I mentioned them. But when I said all I ment all of the 12 filming locations in London. Borough market to Kings cross is three miles alone, to walk between all 12 locations would take most of a day

The area around Leadenhall Market is interesting in itself for architecture and business, admittedly not Harry Potter, not far from the Royal Exchange there is Popes Head Alley leading from Cornhill to Lombard Street that looks as if it should be from Harry Potter , a good bar and place for lunch down there, as recommended by Dickens.
