Any inspiration for sides, if it can be cooked in the egg, even better.

I'm assuming some sort of potato......

As above, with a salad. Doesn't need much else. I'm partial to coleslaw though.

I would do jacket potatoes, with herb-infused butter for drizzling.

Could do either / all in the BGE or oven.

Plus grilled figs (in season-ish) on the BGE.

Agreed, can't beat some potato. tbh some decent fries/chips are always a good shout.

If you want something more jazzy, dauphinoise or fondant etc.
