Have a 2008 R56 MCS currently completely standard but am looking at some Tuning/Mods:

1, JCW Airbox and a performance filter - ITG or Piper Cross - seems more cost effective than an AEM induction kit and should provide modest gains.
2. Performance Exhaust: Milltek, Cobra or Scorpion
3. Upgraded Intercooler - suggestions welcome?
4. Stage 1 remap with a view to going stage 2 - Lohen seems a sensible choice, unless anyone knows of any decent Mini Tuners near Bristol?

Already installed Goodrige braided hoses, bda disks, EBC pads on standard calipers. (May upgrade if stage 2 mapped later)

Affordable suspension upgrade for fast road use if worth the expense?

I think with an R56, I would be more tempted (if it is a keeper) to take it to a specialist to take an infinite look at the engine to make sure it isn't going to grenade any time soon.

I'd not be quick to stage 2 a Prince motor that hadn't been pulled apart and cleaned of all deposits

Scorpion for sport cat, but cat back I'd leave or find a JCW one personally

As this one is a keeper, looks like a trip to Lohen is the way forward. Thanks for the advice gents 👍
