Toilet blocks easily...

Any idea for a fix? It didn't used to and the identical model elsewhere in the house is fine.
It's a back to wall pan upstairs but I can't remember if there are bends before it gets to the down pipe, measuring the distance from the wall it's identical to the boxing for the downpipe so I think not. I'm guessing something has got stuck and has narrowed the pipe.
Anyone got a good way of clearing it?

I had this issue because our upstairs loos have a few feet of near horizontal pipework before they meet the down pipe. A decent plunger which a healthy dose of welly (keep your mouth closed during!] usually works. I did empty a tub of the strong drain cleaner in there too this time and left it overnight,
The obvious check is who else used the toilet and what may have dropped down there. Kids are a primary offender but my mate has girls of a certain age who think it’s ideal for disposing of sanitary products…

Other investigation options include one of those phone app endoscopes to have a look but if you clear it and it works fine, I’d be less motivated to go poo-plunging.
That had occurred to me but I'm hoping for some sort of magical hands off squirt cleaner!

It happens fairly regularly. This time was me and I wouldn't say an excessive motion or paper use...
It often clears with repetitive flushing, occasionally needs a plunger.
I reckon whatever issue you have you aren't clearing it all - with repeated flushing It often clears with repetitive flushing, occasionally needs a plunger.
Are their any other connections to the soil pipe downstream - I try to ensure bath/shower/sink wastes are all upstream of the toilet connection because to my mind that helps keep everything clear but depending on the layout of the room it might not always be possible - bonded strap joints or push in connections at side or bottom if there is excessive pipe length inserted can be a real problem for "holding up" traffic.
Endoscope or pan off the wall time I reckon

Hmmm, looks like a big build up of something! Looks like expanding foam!
In case you're eating...
Is that showing a flexi connector - it's hard to see from the pictures but it really looks like a low res picture of a flexible pan connectorIn case you're eating...
Those things are bloody awful bodge - I call them beaver pipes!!!!
The ridges/flutes grab "stuff" as it flows past and then you get a build up that eventually becomes a dam - the more the build up the more gets built up.
