Absolutely boiled my piss, given how many poor dogs are stuck in pounds and shelters... Or not because they've been PTS due to lack of space.

Should have all dogs registered at birth tagged and on the DNA database like in Europe so that unlicensed puppy farms find it harder to exist and also used to clamp down on dog mess by fining the owners.
