275/50 R21 on L405?

Currently got 275/45 R21 Scorpions on my L405, but it's pretty crashy over potholes and ruts, etc. Don't really want to go down to 20" wheels, so was thinking of fitting 275/50 tyres instead, for a bit more sidewall.

Anyone tried this?

You wont have any problem doing this as someone on Full fat has done the same.

My 405 was on 22`s when I got it. It was awful.
I have gone down to 21`s now and the ride is much better. It seems to handle better through the bends too.

I'm running 275 / 45 /21 on mine and there looks to be plenty of room for 50's gaining about an inch in diameter and 3mph over reading on the speedo
