FORZA MOTORSPORT - STCC 2025
Discussion
Evening all.
I present to you the STCC - Sport Touring Classic Championship….
Main change from the hot hatch championship is there will now be two races per night.
The races will start at 20.00 on the last Sunday of every month until the end of November.
Race dates are as follows:
23rd February
30th March
27th April
25th May
29th June
27th July
31st August
28th September
26th October
30th November
I will also run an open private lobby on the second Sunday of every month for testing under race conditions with no points/penalties given. These will also start at 20.00 and will be open to all to come and go as they please. We can all have an input at to tracks and laps for these.
The rules are as follows:
All cars from sport touring classic class permitted (there are 41 to choose from).
A starting maximum PI of 550.
All performance upgrades permitted.
All races will take place over 15 laps depending on the circuit. The circuit will be chosen at random by the game.
If the full Nurburgring circuit or Le Mans is selected by the game, we will be doing less laps.
All drivers must perform one mandatory pit stop per race. Whether you choose to change tyres/refuel is up to you.
Tyre wear will be set to 3.5x as per public lobbies, also dynamic track rubber will be switched on.
The scoring will be as follows:
Position Points
1st 25
2nd 18
3rd 15
4th 12
5th 10
6th 8
7th 6
8th 4
9th 2
10th 1
There will be a deduction of 3 points for whoever has the fastest lap in each race
The will be a gain of 3 points for whoever has the slowest lap in each race.
The finishing points from positions of both races will be combined and then an average of them will be your total for the evening.
As an example, you could win the first race and have the fastest lap (25 - 3) so on 22 points The second race you could finish 5th on 10 points. Therefore your total for the night would be 16 points.
If you do not score any points in one of the two races, but obtain points in the other, those points will be halved. This will stop someone quitting after a single race, and keeping all their points.
Win and loss bonuses:
The following PI changes will be taken into the next championship race, by that player (so if you miss a round you still have to take the points gain/decrease).
1st place: - 40 PI
2nd place: - 30 PI
3rd place: - 20 PI
Last place: + 40 PI
2nd to last: + 30 PI
3rd to last: + 20 PI
If we get to a point where someone can no longer drop any more PI - a drive through penalty will have to be served at the end of lap 1.
All races will be standing starts and in a grid order of descending PI.
Hopefully that covers just about everything. Hope a few of you join in and we can have some fun
As before, I will keep the first post up to date with standings.

I think I’ve also chosen my car… it’s a choice between two for me but I’ve made tunes for most of the good cars today and they all seem to be posting very similar times around Hockenheims national circuit! My current quickest time around there is 1:38.978, I’d be interested to see how it stacks up against others?

My best has been 1:41 I'm bloody awful in rwd cars so I've picked a car that has tuning headroom to take advantage of the PI adjustment each race.

Good time! Most of the cars I’ve tested have been around 1:40/1:41 mark tbf… I’m going to go for the Porsche 924 GTS I think, it was between that and the Sierra. I'm bloody awful in rwd cars so I've picked a car that has tuning headroom to take advantage of the PI adjustment each race.
