Clamp for DJI Mic

I want a suitable method for capturing the sound from tailpipes, I tried the method of using the supplying clamp on the edge of the tailpipe, but eventually it flew off (when idling and stationary).

Having thought about it, it would be fun to strap it on and capture the sound in motion. Can anyone recommend a suitable method for retaining the mic in place?

For clarity I have this kit and I’m happy to buy something from aliexpress, it needn’t be professional kit as it’s just for hobby use.
