Just to give you some information, I am Londoner however live north of Madrid in the Sierra de Madrid at 3000ft plus, beautiful mountain roads! Madrid, Segovia, Avila, Salamanca, Toledo and some other beautiful cities an hour to two hours away! I have lived in Spain since 2000, so know the country very well! Just in case for future you would like to arrange a trip to Spain! I have very good contacts at Jarama Circuit and have driven on that circuit, we could arrange something in the future, it would be fantastic, TVR's in Spain are exceedingly rare everywhere I go I get attention. So can you image a convoy of S series going to an event and the noise from all those wonderful v6's and v8's, I am just throwing my two pennies worth, ferry Portsmouth to Santander, Santander to Madrid 4 hours away to give you an idea. For example, Santander to Burgos, Rioja country, Burgos to Madrid, Madrid to Toledo, Toledo to Salamanca, Salamanca to Segovia, Segovia to Avila, beautiful roads with lots of curves!

If you would let people now, my Spanish Mobile number is 00 44 655 545 047. You never know some of you, will be nearby some day in the future!!! Or would like to arrange such a trip?!? Please to make your acquaintances to all.

Best Regards Madrid Freddy TVR S2 1990 Ash Green

This thread(s) may well get pulled due to forum rules.

However, you may wish to look up Drive Espania who have multiple Spanish Tours each year. A good way to see numerous TVRs (and other exotica) on the Spanish tarmac.

You may also wish to look up SpanishS2 (IIRC) on here (PHeads) as they were in Southern Spain, Murcia (again IIRC).

Finally, There are a couple of 'S' groups on Facialballsack where most of the irregulars from this forum also congregate. This sort of post may well be better suited there.

It does seem like the majority of S owners are now on fb https://www.facebook.com/groups/tvrsseries

Although a few of us are on both and do keep an eye on this page too (not necessarily daily)

There are a few Euro based S owners. We do have some Euro tours, not sure if any have ventured as far as Spain, this year we are going to Switzerland.

The annual S Club Tour is organised - along with other tours - by Fasttrack Tours

Thanks to All, it was just to let you all know that I am based in Spain, and you never know! Also, thank you for the information for those other websites! I see that a trip is being arranged for Switzerland, I will have a look at the route, obviously for me, I would come via the Pyrenees, south via Irun in the Basque country. We shall see, obviosuly I will not need the ferry or channel tunnel! Either way I am here and you never bloody know??!! All the best Madrid Freddy TVR

One of the attendees on the S Club Tour travelled from Northern(ish) Sweden just to see our faces biggrin Another comes from Holland for the tours - last year's was in Scotland.

When fasttracktours organise our S Eurotour, most start just inland of Calais - this year about 2.5 hours south east (exact hotel not being disclosed as yet) then obviously travelling south east to Switzerland. It would be worth contacting Ian Longden to see if you can join after the first day - saving time/distance from Spain.
