Can anyone recommend a pain repair place near Cambridge for the usual Aston troubles. I've got a slot booked at Stratton to get a quote but would prefer a somewhere closer. If there is a personal recommendation I could use when enquiring, all the better
Thanks in advance

Few thoughts here:

My Vantage is looked after by Martin at Pristine Automotive in Huntingdon (Fully recommended). It might be worth giving them a call to see if there is anyone they use/ recommend for paint jobs. Contact details here - https://www.pristine-automotive.co.uk/contact-us/

A friend has had a couple of paint/ repair jobs done on his Bentley GTC at the Bodyshop at One Stop in St Ives. From what I understand it operates separate to the garage (which has variable reviews online) and one of the chaps that works there has an Aston himself -

Alternatively you could put a call into Warman Wheels (who are a bit further out in the fens). Whilst they are specialist wheels repairers, however they may have some suggestions. Don't think they have a website but seem to be on the socials.

Hope this helps (It's the thought process I'd got through if I need something done on mine!)

Andy Warman, of Warman Detailing, is based in Huntingdon but often operates directly from AM Works in Newport Pagnell. He knows Aston Martins inside out and gave me a lovely tour of Works when I came to collect my DB11, following some paint rectification. I can't fault the job he did, either.

A small caveat; towards the end of 2023 I asked Andy to quote for a smallish job, both via his website and directly via text and never received a response. Hopefully all was well with him.
