E70 X5 transfer case and front/rear diff fluid changes.

Hi all,
A question re transfer box and diff fluids changes.
Transfer box - BMW DTF1. I've bought a litre. I believe that will suffice. Can any garage do this or does it require a proper BMW indy/specialist as I read 'adaptations' need to be reset following the fluid change.
Front/rear diffs - I believe 75w90, is correct. Is the Castrol stuff pictured the best stuff (wasn't this previously called Syntrax)? How much do I need?

Is it prudent to buy all new drain/fill plugs?
