written a book
Discussion
I have three mates who are published fiction authors, with multiple books, they still hold down day jobs, but all rely heavily on editors to tidy the manuscripts up, especially the one who is a journalist!
So try and find someone willing to go through it critically for as little as possible.
None of the above have self published, so their publisher assisted with editing and proof reading.

Can we know what the book is called, OP?
no lol. £2.5 you can buy it. Probably just make it free.Just waiting for Amazon kindle to review it.
It was inspired by Wasdale in the lake district. Has a pub at the end of a road. I thought what would happen if a murderer lived there, could kill hiker etcs. hiking in isolated places, how people could just disappear. Just rolled from there.
My next book is about a kid who opens portals in time(yes portal the game but I've never played it), to try and save his dad from dying.
This thread has inspired me to compile one of humorous forum posts.
But I'm going to struggle to find anything to top this.
I don't think the response was meant with any ill feeling (or make the poster feel self important) - it was just genuinely funny

Witten a book, about 35k words so not massive.
A murder type book, noticed I can put it onto kindle, just wondered if any other suggestions.
Perhaps check the spelling before you do so...A murder type book, noticed I can put it onto kindle, just wondered if any other suggestions.
