Roads restricting Trade vehicles.

I know that the Royal Parks restrict trade vehicles , I have a nagging thought that they are also restricted on The Mall in London. Am I correct and are there any other places apart from some new build housing estates that have a restriction on commercial/sign written vehicles. One estate close to where I live doesn't allow campers ,caravans or boats to be visible, they are only permitted behind high solid fences ,yes it is a private estate that charges a toll for non residents.
