Iron remover/wheel cleaner safe on plastics
Discussion
I was hoping someone might be able to recommend a decent iron deposit remover/wheel cleaner that's safe to use on plastics? I've noted a few I've looked at don't mention that they're safe or say to avoid plastics generally. Also seeing some reddit posts saying that some supposedly safe ones caused damage etc, and thought that rather than running the minefield, I'd just ask!
My alloys have plastic inserts and without taking the wheel off, I'm not sure how easy they are to remove/put back (Ioniq 5N wheels). I bought some Bilt Hamber Auto Wheel but note on their recommendation they say to avoid plastic such as centre caps, though they seem to suggest this is more as it's a waste of the cleaner rather than due to potential damage, but as it's a new car, I'd rather not risk it.
I can test on an inconspicuous area, but before potentially causing any damage/degradation, I thought I'd ask here if anyone had any recommendations/experience of similar? Thanks in advance.

I've used Bilt Hamber Korrosol on plastics and glass with no ill effects when detoxing a car for a deep clean. That product is a lighter version of Auto Wheel.
Ah ok, thanks for that. Guess I'll grab a bottle of that then! How did you find it as a cleaner generally, still decent?Sebbak said:

It works great for me in it's intended purpose as an iron fallout remover prior to claying, just dont let it dry in hot weather and go easy with it around door handles or you'll be constantly rinsing away the purple drips

I have been using this for 7 years never had a problem with it on wheels glass plastic etc. dilute it with water into a spray bottle
I also use it in a spray bottle over the whole car its amazing how the car turns red look around for best price
5L looks expensive at around £40 but diluted lasts me 6-8 months
